Equalseal Pink Water and Steam Tape is a heavy-duty thread sealant tape made specifically for demanding applications such as high pressure water and steam lines. Measuring in at 3.5-mil thick and 1.0 g/cc density, it is rated to 10,000 psig, and requires only 2-3 wraps to achieve a tight seal. It can be used in virtually any application (except oxygen), and is UL-approved. Our heavy-duty tapes require fewer wraps than lighter tapes and eliminate costly waste and shredding.
